Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential and Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of cleaning tasks in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

$14-17.50 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Residential Cleaning:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of client homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas.
  • Make beds, change linens, and ensure homes are organized and tidy.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning.

• Commercial Cleaning:

  • Clean and maintain office spaces, retail areas, and other commercial properties.
  • Perform tasks such as emptying trash, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and cleaning windows.
  • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.

• Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing any concerns or special requests professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure job satisfaction and adherence to cleaning standards.

• Equipment and Supplies:

  • Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
  • Maintain and clean equipment after use.
  • Ensure inventory of cleaning supplies is managed and replenished as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience in residential and/or commercial settings preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
